Pot Scrubber manufacturing machines are available in 2 models with capacity of 60 Pot Scrubbers per hour and 120 Pot Scrubbers per hour. Machines are fully automatic and can be operated even by unskilled operators. Stainless steel wires of 0.15 mm or 0.125 mm dia are used to form uniform coils which are pneumatically cut and ejected in to the beans and can be suitably packed. Different weights of Pot Scrubbers to be manufactured can be set on counters provided. Thyrister Controlled D.C. Drive is provided for speed variation. machines are user friendly and very easy to handle and maintain. |
